Refund policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after placing the order. 

  • Most USA-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouses within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
  • Your product should arrive within 3 - 7 Business Days.

What happens after I place an order?

You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 1-2 business days (not including holidays). 

 Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email info@sansara.store with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and someone from our team will get in touch with you.

We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied. These items will only be processed and shipped out after we receive the customizations.

Who handle your packages?

Viable Shipping

We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to DPD Shipping (easy DPD, Fedex etc). For orders of high value, carriers will ask for a signature upon delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please email info@sansara.store or Info@ViableShipping.com and we will assist you from there.

At Sansara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process:

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  3. Refund Timeline: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
